When you received your e-library card, you can click the link provided under links column. And you have to click  "create an account". And click "Register Now". You have to use your library card number to register for the new account to get free access.

Under Infopeople, they have courses for Library support staff/Library technician. Sometimes they offer free seats for CA residents. Currently, they are offering some online courses and among them, Readers's Advisory Fundamentals, Graphic Design for Libraries and, Foundations of Library Services and Children's Services Fundamentals are offering free seats for CA residents. It's really good to take this opportunities while it's available.
