Procedures

Emergency & Campus Public Safety

If there is an emergency call 911 - EMERGENCY. For all other situations you can call campus Public Safety at 909.247.4555. You can also Text-A-Tip at 909.610.9139.

Events Services

If you get to your pop-up location and there is no table/canopy please inform Irma in the Division Office. Her number is 909.274.5147 (located in 6-226).

Running late

Pop-up - Provide notification in advance when possible.
Embedded - Let Eva know and do your best to get to the location. If you miss your time completely -it happens.

Scheduling issue

Provide notification in advance when possible if you are unable to make your scheduled outreach time.
Pop-up - Find a replacement on your own by emailing other student equity team members. Eva at eriosalvarado@mtsac.edu or call 909.274.5694 if unable to find replacement.
Embedded - Let the program/center know through email and CC Eva.
